Marilyn Rice, M.Ed., is an Early Childhood Program Specialist for the T/TAC at VCU, where she taught for 10 years in the School of Education. She serves as a Master Star Quality Rater/Trainer for the Virginia Star Quality Initiative. She previously was a classroom mentor for the "Include Me' program at the Partnership for People With Disabilities, which focused on preschool inclusion in community based programs.
