Denise lives in Strasburg, VA and is married with two children. She is currently an Instructional Technology Coach at Apple Pie Ridge Elementary School and Senseny Road School in Frederick County. She has been an educator for over 25 years. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (K-3 certification), a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction in Computer Education and is currently working on her computer science endorsement. She has taught 10 years in a regular elementary education classroom, 6 years as the computer lab teacher (K-5), and has served as an Instructional Technology Coach. She is also actively involved with Assistive Technology, is a Google Certified Trainer, and a team member of UnisonEDU. She loves technology and everything it has to offer and wishes she could keep up with the ever changing world of technology.
