Laura Troup is a special education teacher and teacher specialist for middle school students with autism at the Yorktown Middle School campus of the New Horizons Regional Education Centers in Newport News, VA. She holds an undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University with a concentration in leisure studies and therapeutic recreation. Her Masters of Science in Education degree is also from Old Dominion University with a concentration in Special education K-12, LD and ED.
