Genie Yurgaites is an Assistive Technology Resource Teacher for Assistive Technology Services (ATS) in Fairfax County Public Schools, Virginia. She has been an AT Resource teacher for five years. Before transitioning to her current position, she was a middle school learning disabilities English teacher. Genie enjoys collaborating with teachers on implementing a variety of technology strategies in the classroom to meet the needs of diverse learners. She has a passion for working as an educational coach to students who struggle in the areas of executive function.
