TITLE NEEDED Face-to-Face
Presented by: Jennifer Dunstan and Danielle Sullivan
Location: CR3
(Upper Level)
Discover how implementing robust AAC as a Tier 1 support in a 1st-grade general education classroom during literacy instruction transformed learning. This 2025-2026 pilot demonstrates how universal access to multi-sensory language dramatically boosts student engagement, spelling, vocabulary, independent risk-taking, and peer-to-peer collaboration for all early literacy learners.
Whilst AT Network strives to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so when linking to documents and sites outside of our site. We are continually seeking out solutions that will bring these other areas up to the same level of overall web accessibility. In the meantime, should you experience any difficulty in accessing the material, please don’t hesitate to contact us at matthewn@vt.edu.
