Have Switch, Will Create: 50+ Ideas for Switch Activated Group Activities Face-to-Face
Presented by: Shelley Jewell
Location: CR7
(
Lower Level
)
Switches can be the door to engagement and participation for a person with a physical disability. This session will review 50+ fun art, science, and product-based activities that incorporate a switch-powered tool such as a pouring cup or Powerlink. Each activity can include core word or VESOL practice opportunities.
Whilst AT Network strives to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so when linking to documents and sites outside of our site. We are continually seeking out solutions that will bring these other areas up to the same level of overall web accessibility. In the meantime, should you experience any difficulty in accessing the material, please don’t hesitate to contact us at matthewn@vt.edu.
