Citadel Guinn is an experienced education professional with 22 years of service dedicated to supporting diverse learners. For 15 years, Citadel worked as a special education classroom teacher, serving students in both a residential hospital setting and an early childhood special education program. She is currently in her seventh year as an Assistive Technology Specialist with Norfolk Public Schools.
